(“Liquid Group”), a leading digital payment solutions provider, headquartered in Singapore, announced today the launch of XNAP App – a new unique digital payment app, offering a seamless, secure and effortless way for travellers to make QR payments with their Google Pay and Apple Pay wallets at XNAP partner merchants across the Asia Pacific. Simultaneously, the company releases its app-less camera payment feature as a complementing method to the app - a disruptive innovation and market pioneer, aimed to become the payment method of choice.
Liquid Group is celebrating that travel is back by offering voyagers a better payment experience on their journeys. XNAP App is Singapore’s first digital QR payment app for cross-border use and will progressively be accepted by 1.1M tourist-focused merchants across the region. Starting from today, the app can be used for payments in Singapore, South Korea, and the Philippines.
“Xnappers” will be able to shop-till-they-drop at both online and in physical stores. Everything from local mom and pop shops to a myriad of restaurants, cafés, hawker centres, luxurious fashion brands, hotels, duty-free and department stores. Just look out for XNAP acceptance mark and inform the cashier to use “XNAP to Pay" in order to experience the convenience of paying with QR.
After a simple download from the Google Play or Apple Store, the app pairs instantly with users' Apple Pay or Google Pay wallets and works as an added layer of privacy and protection as the app does not collect, store or share any personal data or card details.
What also sets the platform apart is that it supports all types of QR payment modes (consumer scan and merchant scan), which opens the possibility for travellers to use it anywhere they go!

Initially, the app-less method will be offered by a few selected merchants at Changi Airport, Singapore.
